Virgin Galactic, the world's first commercial space tourism company, owned by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group and Burt Rutan (Scaled Composites), just signed an agreement with NASA on future technology cooperation.

Until now, SpaceShipOne made three flights into Space with altitudes greater than 100 km during 2004, culminating with Ansari X Prize winning flight.(see photo below)

SpaceShipTwo, still in development, will carry 6 passengers and 2 pilots and will reach Mach 3.
The suborbital flight time will be about 2.5 hours.

Initial flights will be launched from Mojave Spaceport in the Mojave Desert, California. The following flights will be from Spaceport America, Virgin Galactic's new spaceport and operational headquarters, located in New Mexico.

Spaceport Sweden will give future customers the opportunity to fly from a European base.

The Space ticket will cost US$200,000
